Error entering registration code.

Entered invalid registration code is usually lead to this problem, please you recheck it carefully. and please pay attention to following rules:

1. The length of Regcode is 24 bytes, includes 4 separator characters, you must enter them all.
2. The Regcode must not contain the character O, only contains the number 0, please note this.

If you know how to use "Copy" and "Paste", it is strongly recommended, because it can avoid manual mistake.

Cannot connect to the server or server error.

Following reasons can make this problem:

The quality of your Internet is not very good, you may open http://www.filseclab.com for checking that whether it can be opened successfully.
Is your Internet Explorer set to work offline ? If yes, please disable the offline mode. the offline mode can prevent the program connecting to the Internet.
If there have firewall program installed on your computer, you had better pause it first or make an rules to grant this program.
Maybe our server broken temporarily, if it is this problem, you may wait for 30-60 minutes and try again, because the server problem may be automatically recovered. Registered computers has over licenses.

Every registration code has a maximum license-number. For example: single-user license can register one computer, 5 users license can register 5 computers, 10 users license can register 10 computers, etc.

Encountering this problem because you registered computers using this registration code has reached to maximum license-number. For example: if your registration code is single-user license and you have registered one computer, and now you want to register a new computer, this problem will be occurred.

The fields of list means:

Computer Name Computer name. Your computer name will be registered to our registration server when you registering your software, and it will be resulted to you for differentiating computers. If it is <Unknown> means the registration server did not know this computer's name, because the Filseclab Software Registration 2.x or earlier dose not submit computer name.

Computer ID Computer ID is an unique ID of computers, you may use it to differentiate different computers. About how to get your computer ID, please view How to get your computer ID .

Remarks Extension information, the default will show last register time.

The selected computers that you want to deregister, you may click CheckBox or double-click to select them.

You may choose one way from following to solve this problem.

1. Deregister another one. If you did not want to use this software on one old computer, you may select it, click Yes to deregister it and register this computer automatically. Note: The deregistered computer will not be licensed and cannot live update.

2. Purchase a new registration code for this computer. If you do not want to give up old computer, you need to purchase a new registration code for this computer.

Registration Code has been disabled or it is not exists.

Occurs this problem, maybe because this registration code has been disabled. The registration code that lawless redistributed and for testing may be disabled. Maybe it is an invalid registration code, please purchase registration code from formal channels.

The Filseclab Software Registration is too old.

This is because your current Filseclab Software Registration program is too old lead to registration cannot be succeed, you must update it to uptodate first. This program is a common tools, it will be compressed in Setup package, so you need to download the uptodate Setup package to update it.
