FILSECLAB PERSONAL FIREWALL SOURCE CODE FOR PERSONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: THIS SOURCE CODE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN END USERS AND FILSECLAB. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE PURCHASE AND USING THE SOURCE CODE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOURCE CODE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS.
BY PURCHASING AND USING THE SOURCE CODE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOURCE CODE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE THE SOURCE CODE.
YOU MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS SOURCE CODE. ANY LIABILITY OF FILSECLAB WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THE SOURCE CODE, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SOURCE CODE, AND YOU MUST DESTROY ALL OF THE SOURCE CODE AND DOCUMENTS IMMEDIATELY. BEFORE YOU MAY USE THIS SOURCE CODE, YOU MUST PURCHASE THE SOURCE CODE AND GET LICENSE OF THIS EULA. 

THIS EULA SHALL APPLY ONLY TO FILSECLAB PERSONAL FIREWALL VERSION 2.5 SOURCE CODE FOR PERSONAL HEREWITH REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OTHER PRODUCT IS REFERRED TO OR DESCRIBED HEREIN. FILSECLAB RETAINS OWNERSHIP OF THE SOURCE CODE AND ANY COPIES OF IT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM IN WHICH THE COPIES MAY EXIST.

1. Definitions
(a)"Filseclab Personal Firewall" is a personal network firewall software which is developed by Filseclab independently and released as Freeware.
(b)"Filseclab Personal Firewall Source Code for Personal" is full source code of Filseclab Personal Firewall and this EULA is only license to personal users. It including source code of drivers and application, and documents. hereinafter referred to as the "Licensed Products". 
(c)"Filseclab" is a software development team of FIL Security Laboratory, Beijing, China who responses to Licensed Products.

2. Copyright
Title to the Licensed Products and all copies thereof remains with the Filseclab. The Licensed Products and manual are copyrighted and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not remove the copyright notice from the Licensed Products. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Licensed Products.

3. Licence Grants
(a) One licence permits ONE USER using the Licensed Products.
(b) You may read, compile, debug and modify the source code under the Licence Restrictions.
(c) You may use it for technical research for yourself.

4. License Restrictions
(a) You may not use the Licensed Products or cause the Licensed Products to be used for more than one user.
(b) Any form of disposing the any portion of Licensed Products via Internet or other media for any purpose(including for education and researching) was forbidden.
(c) You may not use, modify the any portion of Licensed Products to create derivative works based upon the Licensed Products, any form of redistribution were forbidden.
(d) You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer the Licensed Products.
(e) You may not remove the copyright information, no matter how heavily you modified without the prior written consent of Filseclab.
(f) In the event that you fail to comply with this EULA, your licence will be terminated.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
(a) THE LICENSED PRODUCTS AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIED WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
(b) Filseclab is not liable for the bugs of Licensed Products.
(c) You must assume the entire risk of using the Licensed Products. ANY LIABILITY OF FILSECLAB WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE BEFORE YOU GOT OR USED THE LICENSED PRODUCTS SUCCESSFULLY FOR THE FIRST TIME.
